These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of InboxZeroed, an AI-powered email management service operated by GO AI Biz Labs Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16753279 ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

InboxZeroed provides:

• AI-powered email analysis and classification
• Automated email responses and actions
• Email organization and management tools
• Integration with email providers (Gmail, Google Workspace)
• Knowledge base management for personalized responses

Beta Service Notice: InboxZeroed is currently in development. Features and availability may change without notice during the beta period.

To use InboxZeroed, you must:

• Be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your country)
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

You agree NOT to use InboxZeroed to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Send spam, malware, or malicious content
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems

• Share account credentials with unauthorized parties

By using InboxZeroed, you acknowledge that:

• Your email data remains on your email provider's servers
• We implement security measures to protect your information
• You can delete your data at any time by terminating your account

For paid subscription plans:

• Fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change subscription fees with 30 days notice
• Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Service may be suspended for non-payment

Current Status: InboxZeroed is currently in beta and offered free of charge. Paid plans will be introduced in the future with advance notice.

We strive to maintain high service availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance and updates
• Technical difficulties or outages
• Third-party service dependencies
• Force majeure events

InboxZeroed and all related technology, content, and materials are owned by GO AI Biz Labs Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our software or content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Remove or alter proprietary notices
• Use our trademarks without permission

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy or completeness of AI-generated responses
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security of data transmission

Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• You may cancel your account at any time
• We may terminate for violation of these Terms
• We may discontinue the service with reasonable notice

Upon termination, your access will cease and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our service. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
